South Carolina Secretary of State, Mark Hammond, and his legal counsel, Shannon Wiley, presented a legal compliance update at the Nonprofit Connect Session Wednesday, October 19, 2016. Spartanburg County Public Libraries is a Cooperating Collection of the Foundation Center.

As a member of this nationwide network of libraries, community foundations, and other nonprofit resource centers, Spartanburg County Public Libraries provides visitors with free public access to a core collection of grantmaker directories, books on fundraising, and nonprofit management. The core collection of reference books for grant seekers is located in the Reference Area on the upper level of the Headquarters Library.
